About Chef Lee
In 2018, Lee joined forces with Christopher Capehart was an opportunity for Chef LC Cutlery to begin a transformation from food preparation to cutlery and sharpening services.
My Story
With a degree in Culinary Arts, certificates from the National Restaurant Association, and 25 years in the culinary industry, Chef Lee brings enthusiasm and experience to Chef LC Cutlery. He spent most of his career working as an Executive Chef at some of the most prestigious Country Clubs in California; The Paseo Club, Valencia Country Club, Braemar Country Club, and Sunset Hills Country Club well as having work experience at several different restaurants along the California Coast.
Joining forces with Christopher Capehart was an opportunity for Chef Lee to transform from food preparation to cutlery and sharpening services. Learning about the Capehart quality, work ethic, leadership, and all phases of knife sharpening was a significant milestone.
